Although your creations will not be the pinots and merlots found on the grocery stores shelves, they will be delicious in new and unexpected ways.

• hydrometer
• bung (fits 1 gallon jar or carboy)
• S-shaped airlock
• 2 packets of wine yeast
• Iodophor for sterilizing
• siphon tubing – 5 foot length

You will also need:
• 1 gallon jar (we recommend buying 1 gallon of apple juice in a glass jar for your first batch)
• 1 gallon of juice of your choice for each batch
